Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist :
- End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
- Installation of specialized software
- Deployment of new desktop and laptops hardware
Qualifications of the Help Desk Specialist :
- Active TS / SCI Full Scope Polygraph
- 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist :
- Salary : $70-130,000 / year *flexible based on experience*
