Job Details
Essential Duties of the Help Desk Technician:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users at our client's site in a courteous manner.
- Perform desk-side/in-person user assistant to include software/hardware troubleshooting, upgrade, installation, and configuration.
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Shipping/Receiving IT equipment
- Onsite IT asset tracking and management
- 1 years of technical support or help desk experience.
- High school diploma required. Preferred to have Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field.
- Experience providing software, hardware, network, and computer user support
- Working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, network cabling, wireless, and remote access practices.
- $50,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
- Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays
