Job Details
Responsibilities of the Senior Principal Scientist include:
- Provide training and leadership to members of the Flow Cytometry team by conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting
- Design cell-based assays to meet client requirements
- Create and carry out SOPs for the operation of standard laboratory equipment
- Perform cell assays such as ELISpot, flow immunophenotyping, and other custom cell-based assays
- Generate reports, white papers, and posters for submission
- 7 years of full-time post-doctoral lab experience
- Strong Bench experience performing cell-based assays
- Experience with validation and qualification of assays
- Ph.D. in life sciences or another related field (Immunology or Cellular Biology)
- Salary Range: $134,000 - $160,000 **depending on experience**
