ZADDY is seeking a Product Manager to lead the ZADDY. production department, one of the 3 main departments at ZADDY. This department is solely responsible for providing turnkey solutions to our clients for product seeding, gift boxes and PR send outs, as well as merchandise and swag. From simple thank you kits, to fully bespoke, highly engaging creations, the Product Manager will execute end to end product development and distribution to clients and projects of all sizes, driven by the approved campaign creative.

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF…

• You have experience making things, i.e. merch, swag, production elements, custom products, etc.

• You are good at creative problem solving and critical thinking outside the box.

• You are a detail oriented and goal driven person.

Leaning on ZADDY .’s creative development expertise, the product department is equipped to deliver full fledged 360º campaigns, inclusive of brand collaborations, content treatment and production, influencer list development, talent liaising and more, however the core service of the department is to product and distribute industry-leading concepts that compliment our clients’ overall marketing initiatives in a seamless and timely fashion

This is a manager-level position, and only applicable to Miami applicants, or people willing to move to Miami given a full-time offer. The Product Manager is wholly responsible for end to end process; including campaign intake, creative briefing, budget and timeline development, presentation creation, mock-up and sample approvals, product development, pick/pack/ship, and project closeout (billing).

Core duties:

• Main Role: You will be working closely with our CCO on developing creative solutions for the gifting, seeding and swag needs of our clients. You will lead communication with clients, research and development, and production strategy, all while fiercely upholding all budgets and timelines.

• Understand the client and campaign needs.

• Brief the creative team, and contribute to the creative process.

• Research and scope product solutions

• Establish production strategy: budget and timeline.

• Pitch client the proposed campaign solutions, within the client’s budget and timeline.

• Project kick-off, including project deposits, sample orders, and all creative development of assets needed.

• Get client approval and initiate full production order and campaign initiation.

• Monitor production process to keep all initiatives on budget and schedule.

• Get client approvals throughout the process and manage any real-time changes to the campaign using proactive solutions and critical thinking.

• Carefully create all shipping labels and manifests, in coordination with the client’s distribution list.

• Track, receive, organize and set up all jobs for meticulous packing and distribution, including team management.

• Reconcile all shipping costs and close out final project invoice with client.

• Rinse, repeat.

• Ancillary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Warehouse management and stock control.

• Simple merchandise and swag orders and re-orders.

• Content and capture management of 360º campaigns.

• Manage our relationships with designers, decorators, vendors, custom shops, etc.

Experience and Skillset:

• Prior experience working for a brand, or at an agency (alcohol industry experience is a plus)

• Proficiency in Gmail, Google Apps (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) required.

• Prior experience working in production (goods, decorations, merchandise, etc. experience is a major plus)

• Has an eye for design, and a finger on the pulse of cultural trends.

• Extreme attention to details and superior organization and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing fast paced environment - some weekend and evening availability required.

• Connection to culture, events, talent and general contemporary knowledge.
