What You’ll Do
  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global OEM Partnership Manager to join our team at ZAGG, a leading provider of innovative mobile device accessories. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our relationships with key OEM partners globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, operations, supply chain, and global teams, to ensure our product portfolio aligns with OEM strategies and market demands. Other responsibilities include:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM partners and regional contacts. Act as the primary point of contact to address their needs and concerns.
  • Market and OEM Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and OEM roadmaps to provide strategic insights and recommendations that influence our product portfolio and business strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, operations, supply chain, and global teams to align objectives, share insights, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. Communicate any changes to project dates due to OEM device launch dates and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Contract Management: Understand and comply with OEM contract guidelines, ensuring all agreements are managed and executed according to legal and business standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate OEM device roadmaps, product changes, and strategic recommendations internally to ensure alignment across the company.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, contract terms, and project statuses. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all details related to OEM partnerships.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or issues that arise in the course of managing OEM relationships, providing timely and effective solutions.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management or a related role in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with business partners.
  • In-depth understanding of the mobile device market and OEM operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on timely delivery and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance requirements.
  • Technical acumen related to mobile devices and accessories.
