Job Summary
As a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the office by handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Utilize knowledge of financial concepts for data entry and reporting
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records
- Prepare bi-weekly AIA billing to clients
- Manage payroll processing for employees
- Prepare and reconcile monthly CC and bank statements
- Assist with budget preparation, cash flow, and expense monitoring
- Executive administrative support as needed
- Prepare all subcontractor and vendor contracts
- Track and request updated subcontractor COI’s for GL and WC insurance
- Manage and track all NTO’s from subs and suppliers
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting procedures and clerical duties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial information effectively
- Familiarity with general ledger functions and financial statements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Competency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
