As we continue to grow and expand, we’re seeking a passionate VP of Sales to join our talented team.

As our VP of Sales, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by securing key accounts and forging lasting partnerships. From analyzing lead pipelines to presenting at trade shows and managing our lead generation channels, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure six-figure contracts regularly.
  • Pitch comprehensive solutions to clients, addressing their marketing and advertising needs holistically.
  • Leverage your Rolodex and industry connections to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze lead pipelines, grading, and scoring leads as needed to prioritize efforts effectively.
  • Manage the company's lead generation channels and develop your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Present at trade shows, seminars, and other events to showcase our value and thought leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the company, delighting customers and creating memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sold solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, continuously refining sales strategies accordingly.
  • Help to develop additional sales roles within the company.
  • Demonstrate understanding of how marketing and advertising impact our client's bottom line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Formal sales training and deep understanding of the sales cycle and best practices.
  • 5 years of experience of outside sales experience, with 5 years of successful leadership experience leading a sales team.
  • Background in marketing and advertising services is essential.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face networking and engagement with the Nashville business community.
  • Strong networking skills and willingness to be immersed in the Nashville business community.
  • Excellent speaking skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.
  • Passion for people and dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team player mentality with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals.
