zakHill Group is Hiring a Partnerships Program Execution Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

zakHill Group, a Santa Monica based entertainment and marketing partnerships agency is hiring a 7-month contract position at the manager level to support Partnerships Program Execution. This position will support and take direction from client of agency, Warner Bros Pictures, and act as the day-to-day contact for the execution of third-party partnerships from the U.S. and International Markets

This is a contract position starting immediately through the end of December, 2025, based out of Burbank CA three days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned film partnerships as follows: 

  • Assist in negotiation of Legal Promotional Contract
  • Set up partners on studio’s online portal and gives them access to creative assets, via approved systems
  • Attend bi-weekly / weekly Zoom calls with partners, leading on certain campaigns 
  • Track partners’ campaign production timelines and deadlines 
  • Route creative through studio’s internal departments and assist Director in securing additional management, filmmaker, and stakeholder approvals as needed. 
  • Coordinate and work with outside vendors to fulfill prizing as directed
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are met; monitor such deliverables against plan 
  • Update budgets as assigned
  • Add film-specific program and/or creative updates to multiple reports, as needed
  • Work with various legal teams to ensure compliance with all required approvals and clearances as it relates to the use of film materials by promotional partners 

Experience: 

  • Previous experience working with brand partnerships, entertainment/studio or agency experience required. 
  • Previous coordinator/account executive experience required. 
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or Business preferred 

Skills and requirements: 

  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Photoshop
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate issues in a professional manner and tactfully communicate with all levels of personnel 
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a timely manner; excellent organizational and follow-through skills in order to schedule work effectively. 
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a dynamic team environment 
  • Must pay close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and problem solve (within scope of responsibilities). 
  • Must be able to work well under time constraints and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be able to work independently, take initiative and be a self-starter.
