**Summary:**

As a Catering Manager you are responsible for providing an extraordinary dining experience by delivering exceptional food and service to our guests while facilitating all catering related activities, including order preparation, delivery, and set-up at location. You will help grow catering sales by sourcing new business and developing and promoting local store marketing initiatives.

**Essential Job Functions**

* Take Catering orders and make suggestions to meet guest needs

* Maintains appropriate pre-approved budget by guest

* Manage catering sales goals

* Partner with team members and managers to ensure food is prepared timely and accurately

* Transport & set up guest catering orders

* Experience with Drop catering

* Prepare team schedules

* Route drivers for delivery orders in assigned restaurant as needed

* Maintain catering and delivery equipment in proper condition

* Build ongoing catering sales, by following up on orders to ensure an exceptional experience

* Canvass for new business in trade area to generate catering sales

* Contact new and lapsed catering customers to solicit for new catering orders

* Utilize local store marketing tactics to increase awareness of the catering program

* Attend appropriate area community events to increase awareness of the catering program

* Performs other duties as required and assigned

**Qualifications**

* 2 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment preferred

* Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office

* Serv Safe Certification

* Valid California Drivers License

* Good Standing Driving Record
