Zanzibar Soul Fusion is a full service restaurant brand located in Cleveland, OH with locations in the downtown, and Shaker Square areas. Our menu consists of traditional comfort soul food, combined with contemporary ingedients and cooking techniques. We pride ourselves on providing an upscale atmosphere, superior customer service, and mouth watering food to each and every guest. This has allowed Zanzibar to stand the test of time. Servicing the Cleveland area for over 10 years and still counting.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs and inquiries
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well as part of a team
