This position is local hybrid at Belcamp, Maryland. Must be onsite two (2) days each week , and available onsite five (5) days each week as needed.
SummaryZapata Technology is seeking a cleared Software System Integrator III to support the Tactical Ground Station (TGS). This position is partially remote. When there is active configuring, candidates could be required onsite up to 5 days per week. When not in active configuring, mandatory onsite is 2 days per week. The Software System Integrator III is responsible for supporting application profiling verification and assurance for critical systems and reviews systems for production performance readiness with a focus on efficiency, resiliency, reliability, scalability, required monitoring and alerting, and adherence to development and implementation standards.

Job QualificationsQualifications and Skills include:
- S upports proof-of-concept activities for new applications and technologies from a standards, performance and nonfunctional analysis perspective, including general product assessment, implementation planning, testing and evaluation, tuning, and KPI identification.
- C ollects and defines requirements; translates them into functional design documents; and participates in the technical design, test planning, and user documentation processes.
- P articipates in integration efforts between line-of-business systems and finance systems.
- W orks with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications.
- P articipates in software design, prototyping, construction, and testing of new or enhanced accounting-related applications.
- A ssists in training users on new or enhanced accounting-related applications. The Software System Integrator III delivers overall functionality and project delivery.
- A ssigned to a specific TDP team and familiarize themselves with their IT needs.
- O rganizes and executes deployment (including cloud deployment), maintenance, and administration of virtual environments (including cloud).
- S upervises and mentors subordinate project and team staff.
Minimum Years Of Relevant Experience
- A bachelor's degree and n ine (9) or more years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required .
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required . HS and 13 years of experience; Associates and 11 years of experience. A candidate holding a relevant master's degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
