Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help us build a diverse and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, and a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract, recruit, and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to our recruitment strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful hires.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
