Location: Buffalo, NY (on-site at customer locations)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ArubaWirelesssolutions, including access points, controllers, and network management systems such as Aruba Central, to meet the requirements of diverse environments.

• Lead the deployment and configuration of ClearPass for Network Access Control, policy enforcement, and guest management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess network needs, and develop comprehensivewirelessdesigns.

• Conduct site surveys, RF analysis, and performance assessments to optimize Wi-Fi coverage, capacity, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, performance, and security.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices inwirelessnetworking.

• Participate in customer activities, including solution design, project development, implementation, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

• Extensive experience (5 years) designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Wi-Fi networks, with a focus on ArubaWirelesssolutions.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing ClearPass for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) services.

• In-depth understanding ofwirelessnetworking protocols, including 802.11ac/ax, WPA/WPA2, 802.1X, RADIUS, DHCP, DNS, LDAP.

• Strong knowledge of network standards and best practices, with experience implementing Wi-Fi security features such as WPA3, certificates, EAP-TLS, and MAC filtering.

• Comprehensive understanding of network standards including VLANs, VLAN trunking, Network Access Control, PoE, RF technologies, etc.

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark, AirWave, and Aruba Central.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or higher certification preferred.

• ClearPass Professional (CPP) certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $95,800 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
