Zealogics is Hiring a Desktop Support /Technology Support Specialist Near Manhattan, NY
This role will entail:
A knowledge transfer from the current Technology Leader for comprehension in maintaining necessary technological developments and driving service improvement.
Completing operations to be conducted including technological upgrades, backups, and replacements weekly in the Midtown Manhattan office location during evening/off hours
Collaborating cross-functionally to provide unified support: Users across the firm will require guidance on platform usage, training, and general technological problems that may arise
Defining processes and policies: Assisting with defining and responsible for documenting processes like document retention, server upgrades, internet usage, etc

We would strongly desire someone with Financial Services experience, ideally with proficiency in the following:
Quickbooks – for financials
Concur – for expenses, travel, and phone expenses
Capital IQ
Paychex
Availability Requirements
Physical availability to be in NYC Office location in the General Motors Building within 1-2 hours if a crisis arises (rarely) at any time of day
Availability to conduct physical server backups weekly
