Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Commercial/Restaurant Ground Up projects.
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects effectively.
· Blueprint Review: Analyze and interpret construction blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
· Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to maintain construction standards.
· Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including RFI's, submittals, and change orders.
· Cost Management: Assist in tracking project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
· Scheduling: Contribute to project scheduling and coordination of resources.
· Contractor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
· 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial/Restaurant Ground Up projects.
· Core working experience on Restaurant, Fast-Food ground-up & build-up projects.
· Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
