Job Description: Summary:
As a program manager for the Insights Team you'll be responsible for the management of data projects for the Source to Pay team. Your expertise will help drive the data journey for our org and bring key insights to our stakeholders so they can make informed decisions.
Team sits within the Source to Pay Group and manage all reporting and analytics across the entire organization. They also work to educate users on data and analytics to make their day-to-day lives easier.
Some key projects include:
- Building AI to classify spend at client
- Building tools to track cost savings
- Providing predictive analytics to our users
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of data across multiple platforms.
Document requirements with stakeholders and business partners to better evaluate and understand business needs.
Manage project and task intake, prioritization, and roadmaps.
Conduct sprint planning and workload management for the team during the sprint.
Provide communications to key stakeholders.
Use a key understanding of data and analytics to drive value for the team.
Assist with and contribute to global continuous improvement programs for S2P reporting including reporting governance, systems, and data management.

Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytical tools and systems.
Strong knowledge of strategic planning, Agile, Scrum, and sprint methodologies.
Knowledge of data tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot preferred.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS in a relevant field.
