Zealthy is Hiring a Product Manager Near New York, NY

About Us:

Zealthy is a telemedicine company on a mission to provide critical healthcare services to all who need them. We are building the world's largest and highest quality telemedicine company and fundamentally expanding access to high-quality care.

While the Founder was most recently Founder and CEO at a unicorn healthcare company, the full-time team is currently only 14 people. The company is focused on sustainable growth, and the company is growing quickly to achieve its mission.

We work hard at Zealthy to ensure that patients can access high-quality healthcare from anywhere. This means working Monday-Friday in the office. Hours tend to be longer than at most companies because we work hard to serve our patients and make sure that we can achieve our mission of building the world's largest and highest quality telemedicine company.

The culture is focused on what we can do to serve our patients and all full-time members of the team will be equity holders in the business, as we firmly believe that all team members should be literal and figurative owners in what we are building. Additionally, all team members will have the opportunity to grow as the organization scales, including growing quickly into leadership roles regardless of tenure so long as performance is strong.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Product Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hands on ticket writing, QA testing, and working directly with the CEO and Founder on product vision
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
  • Define the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the company's vision and addresses customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process. Effectively communicate product requirements and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the product development process from concept to launch. Ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
  • Implement testing strategies to gather feedback and iterate on product features. Use data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and optimize the product.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective messaging and promotional materials.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Must have experience with SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, or at startups generally ideally in a product management role
  • Positive attitude and willingness to tackle a variety of different types of projects, some of which typically wouldn’t be within the scope of a traditional Product Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and software.
