We manufacture metal products for Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, and Medical customers using Additive (3D Printing) tools, CNC machining and other advanced manufacturing technologies. Position Description:

Core Responsibilities:

Additional duties may be assigned, but core expectations can be listed as the following:

· Maintain Facility Systems including but not limited to:

o Compressed Air

o Electrical

o HVAC

o Argon and other specialty gases.

o Network/Servers

• Be a Point of Contact for landlord communications and interactions.
• Coordinate & Organize Outside Vendor Maintenance Activities: Establish and maintain relationships and contracts with OV sources for certain maintenance tasks.
• Plan and organize shutdowns where appropriate: Coordinate with operations managers and senior leadership to schedule routine or required machine or system maintenance.
• Run utilities to new equipment: Connect new machines to electric, compressed air, specialty gas lines, network, and data loops, etc.
• Trouble shoot outages and work repairs: Triage breakdowns and outages.
• Work solutions with appropriate urgency and establish priorities.
• Monitor facility systems regularly and report out key metrics.
• Maintain and Manage IT Assets for Company
• Maintain and Manage Security/Badge System

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
