What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting and Onboarding Associate (remote) position at Zeel?
Zeel is looking for a new key member of our recruiting team. As an associate with our recruiting and onboarding group, you will be an integral part of the operations of a small and focused team dedicated to welcoming highly qualified medical massage therapists, among other medical professionals, to the Zeel network. This is a terrific opportunity to learn more about provider recruiting, training and licensing in a supportive, challenging, and fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote, however, you must be located within the United States.
Primarily responsibilities include, though are not limited to
- Communication with applicants and coordination with other internal teams
- Confirming and updating licensing and insurance
- Managing, co-leading, and scheduling training
- Understanding changing credentialing qualifications and provider needs
- Organizing internal projects

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Thoughtful, empathetic, flexible, smart and proactive, with great judgment
- Genuinely enjoys cooperation and coordination with teammates
- Interested in serving US veterans and learning about about community care
- Experienced with Salesforce, comfort and experience with technology (Slack, Zoom, Gmail)
