SALES MANAGER
Mighty Dog Roofing Eastern Nebraska is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to establish and grow our sales team!

What is expected:

• Establish and grow a team to sell a full suite of home exterior services (roofing, gutters, siding and windows)
• Establish systems and processes to grow the sales team in quality and quantity
• SM & Sales Team meet all training requirements set by Franchisor
• Each Sales Rep averages 6 hours of practice/training per week, rolling 2-week period
• Foster a growth mindset culture
• Understand, help develop, and optimize the lead flow process, including independent lead finding, prospecting, and canvassing, ideally using strategies that you've developed in past roles

Define sales incentives to drive business growth

• Build our network (and creating Lead Sources) for the company through community engagement and building relationships with property management companies, real estate agents, local business groups, and insurance agents.
• Utilize and improve current systems (e.g., CRM) to provide accurate information, changes, feedback on customers, leads and other relevant information to the company, and the Owner.
• Learn and drive adoption within the Sales team of Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform to stay current on products and processes used by the broader company.
• Participate in company safety meetings, sales meetings, or training meetings to advance any necessary learning/training to improve as a Sales Manager.
• Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof
• Ability to pass an FAA Drone exam and achieve license. (Company paid for)

What you'll bring:

• Great communication skills
• Passion for coaching and mentoring sales professionals
• 5 years of outside sales experience, roofing experience, or similar work environment
• 2 years of leading a sales team
• Strong computer skills
• Valid Driver's License
