- Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document damage
- Create estimates based on industry specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof
- Update detailed sales notes daily
- Ability to present and close restoration agreements
- Self-generate leads through networking and canvassing
- Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof
- Lead Generation; canvassing, cold calling, door knocking, and networking
- Some warm leads provided
- Great communication skills
- Detail oriented and extremely organized
- Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous sales or construction experience is helpful but not required for success
Sales Representative Compensation: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
- Generous commission and bonus structure
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Local travel in sales territory
