Zemlock is Hiring a New Business Insurance Agent Near Forest, IL
- Base Salary - $37,500 - $45,000 DOE
- Bonus – Paid Monthly based on previous month’s production.
- Benefits: Major Medical after 90 days, 401K after 12 months, PTO
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business, present programs, and products to both existing and new customers.
- Maintain communication with both existing and new customers through phone calls and emails.
- Respond to customer inquiries, review coverage and benefits thoroughly with customers and provide information on product offerings.
- Maintain accurate account records of customers.
- Help resolve customer issues and help customers make well-informed decisions based on product information given to them.
- Attend meetings and events and participate in community service events.
- Must Have Active P&C and L&H License
- Good Oral and Written Communication
- Technical Skills – Microsoft Office
- Soft Skills – Poised, can multi-task, works well in team environment, competitive, attention to detail, be able to shift priorities as needed.
- Sales Experience or Customer Service Experience in Insurance Industry
- High School Graduate or GED
