Duration: 6 months with an Extension

Pay Rate: $63/hr Plus on W2. DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute 5G/4G IOT tests in Infra-vendor or Carrier labs.
• Perform 5G field tests in customer-reported issue areas as needed.
• Support log analysis for IOT and field issues for all US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Dish).
• Track issues to full resolution and closure.
• Compile and send summary test reports to outline the current status and communicate any critical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in mobile device testing/failure analysis in IOT lab/field for at least 4-6 years.
• Experience with any of the infra-vendor IOT, device IOT, DFIT, F4L, or PDC tests is highly desired.
• Basic knowledge of LTE/5G NR NSA/SA, including signaling, IMS, and data call flow concepts.
• Ability to test and track IOT/field issues end-to-end by collaborating with modem quality organization.
• Familiarity with US IOT/Certification/field testing procedures is a plus.
