Logistics and Customs compliance support

Location:- San Jose, CA

Duration:- 6 Months

Pay rate:- $21 - $25/hr W2.

Responsibilities of Logistics and Customs compliance support

• Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, Following up on shipment discrepancy.
• Assist Customs compliance (C-TPAT, Customs regulations, HTS codes maintenance).
• Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers
• Review and process logistics vendor invoices.
• Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions.
• Responsible for vendor QBRs, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation.

Requirements for Logistics and Customs compliance support

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1 years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance.
• Experienced with the classification process.
• Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formals, pivots table) - Assertive, self-motivated, goal and result driven.
