Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient
Location:- Shelby, NC (28150)
Duration:- 13 Weeks
Shift:- Day 5x8's (8a- 5p), M- F
Pay rate:- $50 - $56/hr W2.

Responsibilities of Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient
- Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers programs of Physical Therapy.
- Plans and conducts Physical Therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients enhance physical and functional abilities.
- Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes, attendance records, patient/family education, outcomes, discharge notes, and charges as needed.
Requirements for Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient
- 2 years outpatient PT experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required.
- Valid PT license.
- BLS
