Program Manager - Non-IT / Operations Specialist

Location:- Seattle, WA (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration:- 12 Months

Pay rate:- $45 - $53/hr W2.

Responsibilities of Program Manager - Non IT / Operations Specialist

• Manage a backlog of incoming operations tasks, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Investigate root cause and impact for technical outages, escalate to engineering teams for resolution, and communicate update and result with stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to the team to ensure they are equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
• Manage all aspects of partner onboarding, campaign setup and launch.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other teams within the company.

Requirements for Program Manager - Non IT / Operations Specialist

• Experience in operation excellence, or partner service/support or training. Excel in end-to-end process creation, improvement and documentation and drive operation excellence through projects.
• 3-6 years of operation experience with a track record of delivering high-quality results for technology companies.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient with Excel and SalesForce.
• must have SOP experience
• Experience supporting online commission-based partnerships preferred.
