About Us: We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to join our B2B Digital Experience team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in experience in the e-commerce Fraud & Risk domain that drive growth and enhance lead and mentor scrum teams through Agile ceremonies.

Understand and participate in the software development lifecycle (from idea generation to bringing a product to market by supporting the different phases and improving product performance) and how various Agile engineering practices can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing).

Develop project schedule, define timeframe, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.

Builds the basic structure of a program (possibly from scratch) that may include: Business case, prioritization alignment, team engagement, identifying a sponsor, identifying stakeholders, 'sales' pitch to leadership, budget, etc.

Identify the type of resources required to support a project, and make recommendations for specific people, technology, partners, etc.

5-7 years of experience as a technical program manager.

Functional Activities:

  • Working with geographically spread out cross functional teams like product management, technology, operations, machine learning science, analytics to execute on and drive the delivery of solutions that aim at reduction of Fraud.
  • Ability to run large scale planning exercises across the org.
  • Ability to work closely with tech to review and contribute to the solution designs.
  • Ability to manage and contribute to multiple simultaneous programs.
  • Detail out functional and non-functional requirements, starting with very ambiguous problem statement.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule. Use written and verbal communication skills to confidently convey technical and business concepts to mid-level management
  • Proactively manage risk, working with the team to anticipate new risks and leads mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues and contribute own suggestions, manage project dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflows.
  • Coordinate with team members to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals. Compile data and analyze the impact of process changes.
  • Foster a team environment where members are comfortable critiquing and suggesting changes to improve processes.
  • Gain stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests.
