Job Description

Assist Tennesseecounty finance directors county mayors and Ernst and Young staff toupload required documentation to the Grant Management SystemPortal.

Assist counties and Ernst and Young toswiftly / timely process and receive procurement approvals.

Track procurement progress and provide a weekly reportto Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.

Uploadinvoices to the Grant Management System portal and track the timeit takes for counties to be reimbursed.

Consult LocalHealth Infrastructure Project AdminLead to troubleshoot procurementand invoice issues to ensure an expedited resolution.

Assist in tracking all Tennessee Department of Health (TDH)building projects.

Travel to county mayor offices may berequired to assist county staff with organizing and uploadingrequired documentation.

Computer skills are required.Candidate must be versed in Microsoft Office Word Excel andOutlook.
