Duties:

Will provide operational financial support for Quill. Position requires at least 3 days / week on site at Quill's offices in Lincolnshire, IL.

• Assist with month-end close (prepare journal entries etc. in Oracle)
• Run the weekly interface between Quill systems and Oracle
  • Running steps / process through systems
• Track invoices/costs in Adcost, the Staples/Quill marketing tool
• Invoice vendors for promotions that we ran
  • Work with Finance and Merchandising business partners to invoice vendors for promotions and follow up with vendors where required.

Skills:

Qualifications:

2 years of accounting / finance experience

BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Financials

Education:

no requirement; BS or equivalent work experience
