Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who excels in customer interaction and has a knack for sales. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving business growth through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our video production services and identify their needs.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and how they can benefit potential clients.
• Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and propose suitable video solutions.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team to follow up.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to ensure continuous engagement and interest.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for service improvement.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently pursue leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage clients over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of video production services and digital marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
