Job Overview
Zenjoy, a leading brand in the relaxation beverage industry, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior Account Manager for a field sales role. This individual will be responsible for driving new business by actively engaging in trade, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding Zenjoy's footprint in key markets.
Duties:
- Actively engage in field sales by visiting potential clients, including cafes, convenience stores, and specialty retailers, to introduce and promote Zenjoy products.
- Knock on new doors and build relationships with key decision-makers to secure product placements.
- Analyze local market trends and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients' needs, ensuring Zenjoy's offerings align with their business goals.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements, focusing on terms that benefit both Zenjoy and the client.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Track and manage account activity using Salesforce or similar CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and the beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience or interest in field sales, with a willingness to engage directly with potential clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with door-to-door sales activities.
- Familiarity with consumer products, especially within the beverage industry, is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
