The Waldinger Corporation is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Wichita, KS

TWC Services, Inc., an industry leader in Commercial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Commercial Cooking Equipment is looking to a full time Office Coordinator. We are looking for someone who wants a career and not just a job. If you are an experienced Office Coordinator and want to be part of a winning team with over 110 years of experience in the industry please apply!

Examples of duties include:

  • Daily, weekly reporting monitoring & corrections
  • Handles client inquiries and concerns
  • Billing, Invoicing, AR & payment processing for key customers
  • Procures office supplies, stocking
  • Handles incoming & outgoing mail
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience required
  • Computer savvy, proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Must have strong skills related to communications-written and verbal, processing & coordination, organization with ability to multitask, and attention to detail
  • Conscientious and a team player, Work enthusiastically and collaboratively with clients, vendors and employees
  • Clean driving record a must
  • Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
  • Stable work history
