Requirements:

Strong communication skills and excellent customer service

• Ensure standards for drink quality, customer service, and health & safety are met

• Must be able to work under pressure

• Knife and fruit prep skills required

• Experience in kitchen and dining room operations preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs on inventory stocking

• Physically able to work in fast paced environment for 6-10 hours per day.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Experience cooks preferred

• Comfortable with knife skills to prep fruits, vegetables, and various meats.
