THE ROLE
The A.I. Enhanced Partner Success manager will be responsible for working with understand and support the Partners to ensure a successful onboarding into the ZMP One of the goals of this position is to harness and educate on the full potential of Zeta's AI-powered onboarding tools. Some of the main tasks are to ensure the Partner Enablement guide is updated, vetted, and tested. This guide will be the standard workflow/tasks during the onboarding phase. You will also need to be involved in helping to prompt our AI tools to ensure the prompts are clear and help guide System Integrators on how and what questions to ask to optimize Zeta's AI onboarding tools. You will work closely with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure they are meeting the milestones and deadlines discussed and help troubleshoot any task not working as expected. This will also include ownership of organizing and working with the Platform Training team to ensure the Partner and Systems Integrators are receiving the necessary information and resources ready for onboarding, including the setting up of training invites, and owning the communication of wrap-up materials. You will work closely with Platform Training to help create comprehensive training materials and think of innovative ways to help foster engaging sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users can effectively navigate the ZMP's AI features.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00, depending on location and experience.
