We are seeking a Production Foreman to join our team! You will oversee and coordinate the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production workers, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure the quality and timely completion of work.
• Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations
• Maintain accurate records of production logs and follow GMP practices.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in supervisory role in production, manufacturing within the FOOD INDUSTRY.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
