If you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting.
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role, with at least 3 years exp.
• Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (preferable SAP Business One). Very comfortable using MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

We would like to speak with you in regards to this position which has the following essential functions:

• Execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable as backup.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support team with inventory adjustments and credit memos.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to ensure the reliability of financial data.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Maintain cash position reporting, projecting future cash balances given expected payables and collections
