Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have
- Manage waitlists and reservations using the Aloha POS system
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and restaurant promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or guest relations role preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively help and communicate with guests
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone reservations or inquiries
- Knowledge of hotel or food service industry is beneficial but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
