The Finance Team plays a unique and indispensable role within the ZF Off-Highway Solutions organization. We drive accurate financial results through cross-functional collaboration and close attention to detail. Leadership relies on us for reporting and analysis of the results in order to make the best business decisions.

• Assist and collaborate closely with the Senior Accountant to meet deadlines and provide timely data analysis and accurate financial postings
• Working within a team that drives the business forward and problem solves effectively and efficiently
• Assist in the process of integrating into a new reporting structure within the company
• Dig in and recommend process improvements on existing procedures around (but not limited to): profitability analysis, KPI reporting, variance analysis, compliance with GAAP and IFRS, review shared services processes and collaborate with them

Your Profile as Accounting Specialist:

• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• High proficiency with Excel and familiarity with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred experience in SAP
• Experience in a manufacturing setting would be beneficial, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements
