Job Title: Program Coordinator (Full Time - year round)

Zhang Sah Martial Arts and Learning Centers are growing! We are seeking additional new dynamic transformational leaders to join our team. Zhang Sah is partnering with the School District of Philadelphia to bring our award winning and growing community based innovative programs to Philadelphia public schools.

The ideal candidate embodies the brave scholar mindset by embracing our mission to educate the body and strengthen the mind. The candidate should have in depth knowledge and experience of quality childcare, education, trauma informed care or positive coaching or sport based youth development. They must demonstrate empathy for children with challenging circumstances and have the ability to innately check their sensitivity to meet their needs. Reports to the VP of Operations

Full Time Position (10am-6PM School Year) (8am -4PM Summer) some Saturday for professional development

Compensation Package: $55,000 - $67,000 (Base Salary $55,000 with $12,000 in incentives)

Basic Qualifications: AA or BS (Early Childhood Education or Education)

Minimum of 3 years experience

Minimum 3 years driving - with clean record

Background clearances required:

FBI

PA (home state ) Criminal background clearance

PA Child Abuse

NSOR

Health Clearance (TB test)

NO MARTIAL ART EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED - and the desire to learn martial art is well supported! You must lead by example.

Primary Duties: Model mission and tenets (www.zhangsah.org)

Administrative - oversight, compliance, leadership

Staffing - supervise and support program staff

Assets - maintain and steward facility and equipment

Program - curricular fidelity, instruction, assessments

Membership - student recruitment, retention and relationship management

Compliance - assurance and reporting

Communication - stakeholder relations
