Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, coordinate, and report on projects through the project life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closing.
Define, initiate, and plan projects to ensure proper scope and estimate
Organize and facilitate the development of project documentation including: project charters, stakeholder analysis, change management plans, schedules, business requirements and resource needs
Establish project timeline
Lead regularly scheduled project team meetings to maintain accountability and keep the project on track
Interact on an ongoing basis with project team members and business sponsors
Document and regularly update project plan to track/assign action items, issues and decisions
Identify and mitigate project risks
Willing to work with project team, analyzing issues to solve problems
Escalate and remove project roadblocks
Facilitate collaborate/solve problems across multi-functional groups
Set, achieve, and report on key project metrics
Apply and champion standard project management practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
2-4 years related experience
Knowledge of Project Management Principles (PMP) including project management methodologies and tools
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC), Agile, Prototyping, Waterfall a plus
Demonstrated experience with project implementations
Strong written and communication skills
Effective leadership skills
Technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
Experience in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, MS Project
Personal Attributes: Planning and Organization, Attention to Detail, Learning Orientation, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, Teamwork, and Executive Presence
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Travel:
Remote work available 2 days/week
Up to 10% travel
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Standing, sitting, walking, using hands, talking, hearing
