Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM

How You Will Make an Impact
The Customer Experience Specialist is a part of our call center team and will ensure friendly and knowledgeable service support for current and prospective customers.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure our promise to deliver the Unmatched Customer Experience to our customers
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and build report with customer and team members
  • Remain readily available to customers, ask probing questions and develop a genuine understanding of their needs to assist them properly
  • Answer telephones, relays messages, and route calls to appropriate team member
  • Use routing software to schedule start-up and recurring services
  • Maintain accurate records of important customer comments and interactions
  • Make calls to customers to check satisfaction
  • Answer basic questions from customers and potential new customers about company services
  • Develops standard customer proposals and close a sale over the phone and/or pass the sale to the appropriate salesperson
  • Sell company services to in-bound callers when needed
  • Make calls to customers to collect past due amounts
  • Manage the on-hold customers as directed
  • Processing payments
  • Post production of services to customer accounts
  • Prepare customer mailings and perform other administrative tasks
  • Work as a team player to help others complete tasks

Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • 1- 2 years' experience in fast-paced customer service; call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to maintain positive demeanor at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and has basic computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to multitask and to work overtime during peak season (March to May)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
