Job Summary
Ziglift Material Handling is one of the nation’s leading independent storage solution companies. We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Ziglift has six locations in four states that specialize in providing innovative and cost-effective storage solutions for our customers.
This key role is responsible for providing customer service and support to our sales team. Assists customers and sales staff by providing pricing on products / services and issuing estimates, sales order and/or invoices to customers. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the National Account Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Works directly with National Account Manager.
- Manages communication to customers as assigned.
- Works across all departments to ensure orders and customers’ needs are being met.
- Creates and processes Estimates, Sales Orders & Purchase Orders for material and services.
- Assists in ensuring projects deadlines and costs are met.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Updates customers on order status and addresses order concerns
- Updates Sales reps on status or any delays on shipments or material of orders
- Works along with the transportation department to schedule shipments and provide shipment updates to the customer.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Works with warehouse and fabrication department
- Coordinates with other warehouses to ensure proper handling of orders.

· High School Diploma Required
o Associate degree (Preferred)
· At least Two Years of Customer Service experience
· Office or Sales Experience is a plus.
· QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience preferred.
· Proficient in software including MS Office & MS Excel
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
· Maintains safe and clean work environment.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and keeps a positive work attitude.
· Previous industry experience preferred (Pallet Racking & Material Handling Systems)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 to $95,000 per year
