Zilliant is looking for a Director Product Management to join our Applications Product Management team, responsible for a key pillar of our strategy: CPQ. How do we streamline the process for creating quotes and agreements for complex B2B businesses? What can we automate? How do we ensure accuracy and consistency? How do we ensure a great end user experience – all of the above. You’ll work with our customers, prospects, partners and other Zilliant product teams to understand the overall landscape and define the long-range strategy and roadmap aligned with the broader strategy.
What You’ll Do:

• Define top-level product strategy for our sales applications, in alignment with broader product and company strategy.
• Create and maintain a 1-3 year roadmap that supports the strategy, backed by research and data driven insights.
• Clearly communicate and evangelize the roadmap to key internal and external stakeholders for validation and feedback.
• Player-coach role leading a team of PMs working closely with UX, Engineering and others to execute on the product strategy.

Who You Are:

• Customer focused. You obsess with identifying the core problems to solve and work to find the best customer experience for the solution.
• Evidence-guided. You combine quantitative analysis & qualitative research (user research, competitive intelligence, market research, etc.) to inform crucial product decisions.
• Flexible and independent. You wear many different hats and may find yourself talking to business executives, engineers, pricing and sales professionals, and IT systems architects in the same day.
• A problem solver that has a knack for asking the right questions that get to the heart of the problem or desired solution.
• A great communicator that knows how to communicate in-depth technical requirements to engineers while also presenting sales demos to business leaders.

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstratable experience (10 years) building enterprise SaaS products as a Product Manager or equivalent
• 5 years working with CPQ products with deep expertise in the quote to cash process
• Strong business and technical acumen
