Position- Program Manager/Risk and Controls Specialist ( Must be local to VA, DC, MD)

Location: Must be on-site in McLean T,W,TH

Assignment Type: 6 months- possible CTH or extension

Must Have: SDLC with waterfall and Agile, Agile Certificate, Financial Industry experience, Atlassian, ability to identify risk.

Qualifications:

5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in SDLC governance, agile and/or program management

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP) required

5 years of direct experience in one or more aspects of Information Technology (Software design/ development, IT Architecture, or other related IT areas)

5 years of explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Master of an Agile delivery team, preferably in a variety of situations including a large enterprise, a scaled environment, and a matrixed organization

Effective facilitation skills

Effective coaching and mentoring skills

Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine solutions that help everyone win

Effective influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Hands-on Atlassian tool experience (Jira, Confluence) preferred.

Ability to breakdown sophisticated technology concepts and present to senior leadership
