 What does the job entail:

• Create and manage the construct for how products are positioned
• Develop product pricing strategies and structures
• Maintain detailed user/customer/buyer personas for target audience definition
• Translate technical functionality into benefits that resonate with users
• Craft customer value driven stories for products
• Conduct customer and competitive research and share with stakeholders across Monarch
• Manage Monarch’s “halo customer” activities
• Implement and analyze customer surveys
• Create training materials for customers and Monarch’s sales force

Qualifications:

• Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning, a knowledge of human-centered design, and a love of data
• Storyteller who is at ease presenting to senior executives
• Passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, driving clarity, and influencing strategy
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to influence without authority across all levels of an organization
• Relationship builder with customers and across many layers of an organization
• A bias to action and empowering others
