Exciting opportunity to join a leading and innovative manufacturing organization. We are seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant to work onsite Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers and raw materials.
• Enter and maintain supplier/vendor and manufacturers data in automated system.
• Server as liaison with all stakeholders to keep key projects running.
• Correspond on routine inquires with vendors and suppliers at the beginning and throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements

• Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and expedite effectively with vendors utilizing effective verbal, written, and analytical skills.
