The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of various HR functions.
Responsibilities
  • Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
  • Assist in HR sourcing and talent acquisition efforts
  • Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate recruiting activities
  • Contribute to talent management initiatives within the organization
Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ideal
  • Proven experience working in HR or related administrative roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and software applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
