You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Assist in the assessment of candidate qualifications and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Coordinate interview schedules for candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering a high level of service and professionalism at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity and interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Assist in employer branding efforts by promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
