Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, managing financial statements, utilizing accounting software for financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage routine accounting tasks including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Control, General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation

· Collaborate with CPA to accomplish annual tax review and auditing.

· Manage payroll processing and ensure timely issuance of compensation payments to employees.

· Reconcile inventory transaction accuracy with the warehouse.

· Complete and review bank reconciliations

· Maintain an orderly filing system for all paper-based accounting records

· Compile and issue accurate financial statements for senior management

· Collaborate with other department managers to achieve company goals and objectives

· Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies

· Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting financial data
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is a plus
