Work with the Enterprise Risk and Business functional teams to document key business processes and controls to further enhance Zip’s business process management.
Interesting problems you’ll get to solve
- Identifying and validating the completeness of key business processes working with the Business Functional leaders and Enterprise Risk
- Collating and then organising existing key business process collateral into a single repository
- Reviewing the current state of existing process collateral for adequacy for process mapping
- Assessing the criticality of key business processes identified and recommending prioritisation for process mapping
- Working with the Business Function leaders and Enterprise Risk to document and map key business processes, and identify key controls to inform risk and control assessments
- Identifying process and control improvements
- Creating process workflow diagrams for key business processes in a consistent format
- Project managing process work to completion in accordance with agreed timelines.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business process analyst
- Tertiary or industry qualifications in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in business process analysis, design and mapping
- Proficiency in identifying the key controls in business processes
- High-level of proficiency in MS Office, (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Proficiency in business process and capability mapping tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, LeanIX, Orbus BPM, Archimate, ARIS etc (desirable)
- Basic understanding of how business process management relates to Business & Enterprise Architecture, Risk Management, Data and Technology Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders etc
- Results oriented
- Project management experience (desirable)
